Question about Microsoft Windows XP Professional for PC
When i press Ctrl+Alt+Del a error as "Task manager has been disabled by your administrator"
When i run regedit an error as "registry editing has been disabled by your administrator"
Kindly give solutions
I faced that problem few months back. what i did is reformat my pc. but there is one more way is to create a user from control panel and give that user administartor access.

That problem was created by virus in you system. First scan you computer with antivirus. Here some link that you can scan it online. http://www.precisesecurity.com/antivirus/online-scan.htm
after scanning you can do this:
click run: type "gpedit.msc "
User configuration: system
on right side " the remove task bar disabled it.
in there you can find also Regedit the disabled it also.
