I am trying to find a way to have the dates in a spreadsheet automatically update to show when a service call is due. Here are some dates COMPLETE 30 DAYS BEFORE FEB 11/08COMPLETE 60 DAYS BEFORE MAR 11/08COMPLETE 90 DAYS OR MARKED May

Try inserting seperate entry for furture day number and then reference that entry address for program math. You will have to either use same number of days to repeat (automatic) this math or accept that it would be a single shot type math. Depending on which version of excel you are using the alert can be a sound or color change. If 97 or older, there is no alert available. 2000 isn't much better.
Easier to set furture date in orginial date block right from the start. Unless you are running the excel program continuously in the background, program will only check date when running.

Hi: I have the same phone and this worked for me. I entered the menu and selected "Settings, Initial Setup, Network, Band Selection". After selecting the already checked marked"850/1900MHZ", I got a confirmation message and it then "searched for network". After the search was completed, the time date and time were reset to normal.
open ur spreadsheet from your files that you want to
insert a dynamic date and time
select the cell into which you want to insert the dynamic date
Type "=now()" (ignore quotation marks) into
the selected cell.
Press the "Enter" key on your keyboard to enter the formula into the
selected cell. You will now see the current date and time appear in the
cell you typed the formula into. (Date and time will update every
time the "Enter" key is pressed )
You need to learn how to use the, "Paste Link," function. If you copy the spreadsheet and paste the information into a new tab in the same workbook, using the 'paste link' feature, the information on the linked pages will update automatically each time you update the page the links are based upon.
