Question about Microsoft Zune JS8-00001 Digital Media Player
It wasnt dropped to my knolege . microsoft states damage claims not covered and 1 week later my friends zune has the same problem . no evidenc eof damage on outside but inside screen looks like cobwebs , does anybody have any sugestions or fixes.
The screen probably broke because of the battery...
It so happens the geniuses at Micro$oft decided to put the battery RIGHT BEHIND THE LCD... Well what happens when things get hot, they expand... So lets charge the battery(which warms up) and rubs right into the LCD... Sorry to hear that you've had this problem, I have been graced by god to not have it happen to either of my 3 units... The only way to keep it from happening is to not overcharge it and to keep the unit cool...
