19. Hit "Ok" again
20. You now have a new IP address

With a little practice, you can easily get this process down to 15 seconds.

P.S:
This only changes your dynamic IP address, not your ISP/IP address. If you plan on hacking a website with this trick be extremely careful, because if they try a little, they can trace it back

Can I program this hub to provide a route to 192.168.1.102? (One computer in my group must have this specific address to stay connected.) I have a linksys WRT54G wireless router that is beyond my ability to set up with a static address. I called their tech support and they said they could do it, but that it was beyond the scope of their service to explain such a complicated process so I guess I'm out to buy different equipment. I can't set it up and they can't explain over the phone how to set it up. I saw the D-Link 12 port ethernet hub for sale and thought I might just run CAT 5 cable to everything... forget the wireless .... but I'd really like to verify that by doing so, that I'll be able to provide that one computer with the 192.168.1.102 address that it is needing.

OK the address that ya need is set in the PC's network adapter settings.

12. Press "Tab" and it should automatically fill in the "Subnet Mask" section with default numbers. 255
13. Hit the "Ok" button here
14. Hit the "Ok" button again
