Question about Canon PIXMA iP1600 Printer
You need the printer drivers for this machine. They will be on the CD that came with the printer. If you cannot locate this then drivers are available from www.canon.com
Then go to support and driver downloads. Select your printer model here (ip1600) and then the operating system you want the drivers for (eg: windows XP or windows Vista). Download the drivers and run them they will install to your machine and then instruct you to plug your machine in to the USB port and it will be right to use from then on.
