I just bought an MSR206 7HL. Immediately I plug in the power all the three lights flash back and forth and that's it. I have tried all the methods to truobleshoot it. Please if there is anyone here who can help, kindly e-mail me at shyeevan@yahoo.com.

I PLUG IN THE POWER AND ALL THREE LIGHTS LIGHT UP. THEN TURN OFF AND THATS IT

Baud rate of your terminal to MSR206 is wrong if it does not respond. Play with it in your application or the com ports setting usually 9600,8,n,1
