Hello, I have a sk lx and the back screen light

back light problem might be the power supply or the strips we have no way of knowing without any testing being done

Jan 13, 2012 - Most likely the TV has a power supply related problem. It's possible that it maybe a bad capacitor or transformer on the power supply board.

problem in the vertical section, check for burnt vertical ic or bad capacitor near the ic.

The voltage source to back light inverteres are from the main power supply regulator board. Check it.

This sounds like the inverter board has gone out. The inverter board is in charge of turning on and off the back light. If this goes out the TV is still able to fully function meaning you will still get power indicator to turn on, but since the back light is off you cannot see anything on the screen. You will need to replace this part so your TV can be fully functional again. You can try to reseat the lcd cable and make sure it is tight. It that fails then you will need to replace the LCD screen

un screw the screen blow at the metal ends inside the phone and the lcd and screw it back on and do that until it works

Hello. I Am Not Familiar With This Exact Model, But I Have And Still Do Own A Number Of Wireless Units. There Are A Number Of Things That Can Go Wrong, But If The Unit Wont Power Up, I Would First Check The Battery Compartment For Loose Battery Connections. Over Time They Can Weaken Or Just Get Bent The Wrong Way. Then I Would Look For Loose/Unsoldered Wiring. I Have Encountered Many Cases Where The Battery Compartment Contacts Become Loose , Or The Wiring Going To It. Good Luck

if still under warranty youshould take it back to t mobile as a factory defect and get them to fix it as far as i know it sounds like a sensor or such that went out but they wont take it to repair if it is from water damage
