- When I turn the computer on and the "load" cycle starts to begin, I see the Windows icon, the screen goes black, and an "out of range" blue icon pops up. It only does this when Windows tries to load normally. I can work in the other 3 modes (safe, with networking, etc.). What's the deal?- jasonnayJan 19, 2008
