Hi, my printer keeps giving me a cartridge error.

Hi, my printer
HP PSC 2175 All-In-One InkJet Printer, keeps giving me an error message saying thar the right cartridge is incorrect.

    I try evry thing. Cold reset, cleaning, plug unplug replug, mem test... pruuuu.

Remove cartage and clean contacts with a soft cloth. also clean contact inside cartage holder and incert nice and firmly, hope this helps in some way

Hello tabbeach. The printing cartridge align page message appears if u have any alignment job pending, if it asks to print the alignment page. Follow the steps provided here.
Still if u are facing the same issue, perform a HP Media sense caliberation , which in most cases will resolve the issue
the steps to perform media sense calibration are provided here .

Hi there, Try this steps, -Turn off your PC -Turn on your printer -Remove your cartridges -once removed pul the power plug on the printer -clean the contacts with dumped alchohol 70% solution on cotton buds -once dry enough re-insert your power cord on the printer -insert your new cartridges -let your printer initiallize =================================== hope this helps let me know ok?
