Black square sized app. 10"x10" pops up on the bottom right corner of the screen and won't go away.

I have the same problem.

A black blockage appears on my screen. If I change the channel it goes away but then a few mintues later is comes back.

I had the same problem on certain channels. Some black squares would appear int the lower right area of the screen. I believe it is now corrected.

It looks like a may have had a close caption option on. I think it was CC3. Turn CC to off. This should correct the problem.

Had the same problem only that it appeared on the upper left-hand corner of the screen. Go to the menu and use the image cleaner option. This solved the problem.
