Re: Indesign is very slow wat can i do to solve this?
That depend on our pc but it will help too close the process you dont need at that time go to task manager and check the process tab if there are to much process then end some till you program run good.

Are you using a Windows machine? If so, you'll probably need to make sure that you have a Telugu keyboard configuration in place:
Open the Start Menu and click "Control Panel." Open
"Regional and Language Options" and then click "Change keyboards or
other input methods." Click the "Change keyboards" button.
Click "Add" to add a new input language. Scroll down the
list until you find "Telugu." Click the "+" symbol to open up the
sub-menu. Open the keyboard sub-menu. Check the box for the keyboard
layout of your choice: Hindu Traditional or Telugu. Click "OK" when done
and click "OK" once more to close the language and region window.
In InDesign, you should be able to change the 'Language' of particular text from the Character palette. This option is at the bottom of the palette but I don't know if there is an option for Hindu or Telugu.

Convert PageMaker documents
InDesign can convert document and template files from Adobe PageMaker 6.0 and later. When you open a PageMaker file, InDesign converts the original file information to native InDesign information. InDesign files are saved with an .indd filename extension.

Before opening the document in InDesign, you may want to do the following:
If the PageMaker file or its linked graphics are located on a network server, floppy disk, or removable drive, it may not open as expected if an interruption in data transfer occurs. To prevent data transfer problems, copy documents and their links to the hard disk, preferably in the same folder where the PageMaker publication is stored, before opening them in InDesign.
You may want to use Save As in PageMaker to clear unnecessary hidden data.
To ensure that all links are maintained, copy all linked files to the same folder where the PageMaker publication is stored.
Make sure that all necessary fonts are available in InDesign.
Repair broken graphics links in the PageMaker publication.
If you have a problem converting a large PageMaker document, convert portions of the PageMaker file separately to isolate the problem.
If you cannot open a corrupt PageMaker document in PageMaker, try opening it in InDesign. InDesign can recover most documents that PageMaker cannot open.
