Question about Cell Phones
I went to check my phone for messages/missed calls. Phone looked as though it was powered off... when I turned it back on, the screen would not display only the keypad lit up. My husband tried to call the phone and it would not work, but when I called him it did. Any suggestions on how to get the screen back on? I just charged the phone last night, shouldn't be an issue with that.
NO DISPLAY ONLY THE KEYPAD WEEK OLD NOT RINGING CANT CALL OR TEXT
I suspect the ribbon wire is the problem. It is the wire that connects the display to the main board where the keypad is. That explains why it would not display. Take your phone to an authorized technician and have its ribbon wire replaced. I hope this helps... ^_^
