Question about HP OfficeJet 7410 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Keep on getting error message replace ink cartridge on the right. Cartridge replaced twice with new cartridges and the same message.
Very Simple, Probably...
Just remove the cartridge and see if the metal spring clip has broken away from the right wall. If it has, inspect the gold colored circuit board at the back of the cartridge bay...there is probably a hole or dent where the clip slammed into it.
If you have these symptoms, go to HP, and go to the chat support window, describe your problem, and they will send you a replacement printer.
It's exactly what I did.
