Acer Crystal Eye webcam

When I tried to open the camcorder part of the web cam, the program wouldnt open. I uninstalled and tried to reinstall without success. Do i need to install another program in order for it to work?

Import video is only when you have recorded a video using the webcam in a particular format and not on the fly which is what you are trying to do.

Record what you want using another application and the webcam then import the video into movie maker to edit.

Alternatively, I think you need to to go the options screen and select the default audio device. Go to control pannels and see if its there and then select the webcam as the default device for MS applications.

MY COMPUTER IS ACER ASPIRE 7520 G I BUY BEFORE 1 MONTH AGO, I HAVE PROBLEM IN CAMERA I PRESS IN THE SCREEN PROGRAM CAMERA ACER CRYSTAL EYE WEBCAM NOT OPEN IS COMING IN THE SCREEN ANSWER SAY CAMERA NOT FOUND????

PLS TELL ME STEP BY STEP WHAT I DO FOR SOLOUTION BECAUSE I WANT SAME PROGRAM IN MY COMPUTER SCREEN EYE CRYSTAL TO WORKING ORGINAL I DONT WANT TO PUT ANOTHER PROGRAM CAMERA ME WAITING YR ANSWER VERY SOON POSSIBLE
