My Eternity won't let me calibrate...and the right side of my screen will not respond to my touch

I have the same problem too! The whole center to right side of the screen does not function at all. If you find a solution, let me know. Thanks.

This is a hardware issue. You have to take it to maker. If it's a new product, claim for the warranty.

My Samsung Eternity's screen is messed up (or i think so) i can calibrate my screen and everything it lets me touch the spot but i can't juss touch it i have to use my fingernail or press down...

I see, if that is the case, I would suggest to contact your Manufacturer so the they can diagnose the issue, because according to the issue, this is not just a minor one, only your manufacturer can definitely fix this.

If the Touch Sceen is not responding properly, calibrate the touch screen.. Turn the Nuvi off then back on Slide Power key to the right (lock) Hold your finger on the secrren for 30 seconds until the calibration screen appears Follow the on-screen instructions

Touch screen problem

If the touch screen is not responding properly, calibrate the touch screen.

Turn the Nuvi off and then back on. Slide Power key to the right (lock ).

Hold your finger on the screen for about 30 seconds until the calibration screen appears.

Follow the on screen instructions.

the touch screen of the phone you are using is weak and it is not responding properly again.

in other to resolve the problem,you will need to replace the touch screen with a new one.

For touch screen replacement , Contact a technician.

The screen on the Eternity does not properly pick up where a tap has occured on the screen.

You may need to recalibrate the touch screen. If you are able to get into the Menu screen, select:
1.)Settings
2.)Phone
3.)Calibration
Follow the steps from here and you should be set.

MP3 Touch screen is stuck . Can't configure

if the touch screen feature is not working, and you cant navigate to the calibrate screen, push the off switch but release right away, so it dont turn off, it will bring up the calibrate operation, its a default to access the calibrate when you cant navigate the screens.

It's not in service mode, but rather in the 'self diagnostic menu'. Access it as follows:
Press "clear modes", 1 9 9 3, "clear/stop" (5 times).

** Do not try any other adjustments in this mode...only touch screen

Avic d1 touch screen issue

The touch screen calibration is of, the screen has to be changed.Its 200$ from pioneer or you can look on ebay theres a place in ct. that will do it for 125

IPaq won 't respond to screen calibration.

So far no fixes. It's just been collecting dust. I think it's a screen response issue, and will probably cost more to fix than to replace (at least for me) in my situation. I'm thinking iPhone....
