Question about Ovens
As the display is manufacturer and model dependent probably your only bet is to get it to a repairshop able to order a new display. my guess is that it is either a fluorescent display and the gas inside it has somehow leaked out, or when it's a lcd display the lcd crystals tend to have a disliking for heat and fade out in the long run. The cost could be anything from a few dollars for the screen ( if it's a generic one) plus labour, up to whatever the manufacturer charges for a replacement screen and hours spent on replacing it.
