I had to reformat my hard drive and now i cannot actvate the program because I have lost the ID code and forgot my pass word

- My hard drive also crashed. After repairs I installed my DVD X Copy program. It asked for a license # and password. Dummy me never wrote it down, I no longer have the box and only the DVD. - I have a copy of DVD X COPY GOLD that I purchased a couple of years ago. My hard drive crashed and a new one had to be reinstalled. I reinstalled DVD x Copy Gold but the prompt told me I need to enter my Id and password to activate the program. I did as it said but the password goes blank. My program doesn't get activated.Help please.

if you formated your hard drive their is nothing on it ?

its running now but nI dont want to fromat it now to try to get it to work, what i need is a code to enter the program. Bleve me when I tell you its a s.o.b..I eed the phone code to get in or go into the workings of the program to eleminate the problem.

had program for years ,lost hard drive and dvd x copy gold. Have lic ID and password but its looking for phone password , which I cannot get because compnay is out and gone. Can you help??
