The diopter is not set properly. Some cameras have a viewfinder diopter adjustment. This is similar to putting eyeglasses on the camera. Just as things will look blurry to you if you look through someone else's glasses, the viewfinder will be blurry if the diopter is not set properly for your vision. I wish I could tell you how to adjust this (or even whether your camera has it) but since you didn't bother to specify the model of your Olympus camera...
This kind of issue is usually caused by the night vision mode of the camera being switched on. In some cases, the cause may be more than just the night vision being turned on but just to be sure, it is advised that you turn of any function that has to do with the night vision feature. These features may range from the night vision mode itself and then to the night vision lighting. Hope this was helpful?
first thing you can do is to try reverting cam back to factory settings.to do that initialize the camera.it's under menu>setup settings>main settings1>initialize. after initializing, set cam to auto adjustment mode (green camera icon in mode dial). what to avoid when taking pictures:
1.subject too close (use macro if needed)
2.insufficient light
3.subject movement
4.camera movement (that's caused by you)
5.incorrect camera setting
5.incorrect camera operation
btw, before you take a picture, press the shutter button halfway down first to give the cam ample time to focus.you'll see a flashing green indicator on the screen that means cam is focusing.when the indicator stops blinking cam is ready for the shot.press shutter button all the way.review your picture.if still blurry, you may try changing iso (for dark or fast moving subject, note:the greater value the noisier the picture gets), metering mode and focus settings by going to the shooting menu (press menu when your in P or program mode). hope this helps.tnx:)
1. adjust your webcam lense upper scrolling
part
2. adjust the settings of webcam software to
make sharpen etc.,
3. hope this will help you out

Since the camcorder returns to the auto shutter setting and the auto exposure setting when it's switched into Night Capture mode, I would say that might be your problem.
Change your shutter and exposure settings. To do this, switch to Camera mode, turn the menu dial to the setting you wish to change then press enter.
You may have to play with the settings until you get the desired picture. Remember, faster shutter speeds for faster action (stop action), and longer exposure settings for darker situations. Let me know if you need more help.
sounds as if your convergence needs to be set. either through the menu on the tv or remote you need to get to the convergence set screen and you need to line up the crosshairs. this usually happens when the tv is moved or bumped.
What are you looking at on the screen?
Before or after the shot?
The this point the taking sequence-point camera at scene look in screen blurry image - half press the release - autofocus comes into play- press all the way picture takes.Sharp picture in the taken images
what are you doing?
