Question about SanDisk Sansa e260 MP3 Player
I've had my 4GB e260 sansa for over 9 months, and just now when I tried to clean up all my songs, unknown files appeared in the MUSIC file. They either have a wierd symbol or just a letter, and the message I get when I try to delete them is 'Cannot delete file: Cannot read from the source file or disk'. It hasn't caused any problems regarding the songs, but it takes up some space. Can anyone help?
I have a sansa e-250 model. i upgrade it coz it shows fail to load image. now it's working.thanks. but there is a prob in the music folder. it shows 2 extra folder that is N and G and more 2 files. these files cann't be delete. one file is chinese language. so please if u send me the solution in my email address then it will help for me. plssszzz

First turn on the palyer and change the usb mode to MSC and when you connect it the the computer it should show up as a flashdrive type thing. right click on ita and select format make sure the when you format it it is going to be formatted to FAT32 type it will delete every thing on the player including those files you said couldnt be deleted
