Nec SuperScript 860 Problem

My Nec 860 is printing with a dark horizontal line about a 1/2 inche wide every two inches or so. It also a black border along the vertical edge of the paper and little black sprinkles all over the page. When I look at the roller in has black lines along the roller. I tried cleaning this line away with a soft damp rag.It just came back.Any suggestions?
