Question about Xerox Phaser 8550DP Printer
Try telling them that it has not even been a year yet and you are having these problems, since it is just over a year. Let them know of the fixings you've done and threaten to make a BBB complaint against the organization if they do not accommodate repairs for your printer. This is corporate bull crap. They set it up for this to happen and hope that you'll just buy the new printer. Stick with your guns and make them repair it. Let me know what happens.
