means driver is installed new pc would of downloaded the driver. windows 10. you need to go to settings and then camara and you will have your camera in the list. if you download the driver it may not be the compatible driver.
All your needed drivers are stored in a CD/DVD installer for your motherboard. This CD/DVD is shipped with your computer when you first have it. If you find it, just load it in your CD/DVD drive and run the installer for the drivers that you need and for all the components that Windows failed to install with its own driver versions.
Now, if you lost the CD/DVD installer, you can actually download them from HERE. Make sure that you choose the right OS when you search for the desired drivers.
The term: SM Bus is the same as chipset driver. Your e-Machine came with restore CD's. You can run the restore CD to repair your system, you shouldn't loose any data repairing windows.
If your able to load windows, load the driver CD from e-Machine and re-install the chipset drivers.

After you know these are up-to-date, then start from the beginning. Turn off everything wait a few minutes and then turn on the computer. Wait for Start Up programs to load. Then follow instructions in Owners Manual for loading FinePixViewer.
Hope this helps. (blasted technology!)
Let me know.
unzip to hard-drive, uninstall the SM BUS Controller in Device Manager, restart. The *New Hadware Wizard* should appear then choose path to the unzipped file folder:
SB460\WIN3264\SMBUS then it should load
