You can visit the manufacturers website and obtain the drivers for windows 7 free of charge. Be sure and install the drivers before plugging the camera in. Visit Logitech.com, click on support, enter model number and choose operating system.

    This is the right way to go, but when you get to "choose operating system", you'll see that Logitech don't provide a driver for Windows 7 for this webcam. I'm afraid you'll have to give it away to someone with Windows XP and get a newer webcam.

Try using the software in compatibility mode. Right click on the disc, select properties, compatability tab, check in compatability mode box, then select whichever operating system the software was designed to run on.

Updated to windows 7. labtec web cam not
HI,

There are currently no windows 7 drivers/softwares available for windows 7 from Labtec.

The only solution is to contact the Labtec support team and ask them to email you the windows 7 compatible software for your camera.
