Check if
1. Speaker is blocked somehow.
2. All volume settings are proper.

hi viviana escobar you can take the battery out of the phone next take the sim card out. Now put the sim card back into the phone and then the battery this should reboot your network as well as the phone. Now if after this your phone still doesn't turn on you need to a hard reset. this will wipe out all the data on your phone. To do a hard reset on your phone hold the power button and volume up and down at the same time. Next you should see a screen that should shows fast reboot erase user data. This is should help.

FOR HTC wildfire
Do a hard reset:
Please note that all data will be deleted from the HTC Wildfire as a result of this procedure. This process does NOT delete data stored on the microSD card. We recommend backing up all of your personal data before proceeding.
1. Turn the power off. If your HTC Wildfire is frozen, pull the battery out and reinsert it
2. Hold the Volume Down button
3. Press and release the Power button
4. You are now presented with a menu that allows for Fastbook, Recovery, Clear Storage, and Simlock
5. Select Clear Storage by pressing the Volume Down button
6. Press and release the Power button
7. Now simply confirm your decision: Volume Up for YES and Volume Down for NO

If you selected YES, all data including third-party applications will be deleted from the HTC Wildfire.

Once the wipe is complete, the phone will reboot to its factory fresh state.

My htc g1 ring volume is too low. Although ringer volume and media volume is on max mode even then I couldn't here it while I am on the road or soamewhere in the crowd. Please guide me with proper...

It's best to replace your ringer (speaker). After replacing the speaker, you'll know the root of the problem. If it's only with the speaker, there'll be no more problem, but if it's with the ic (small black chip), you'll need to go to a servicing shop to get it checked. As an alternative, you can use your headset for the time being. Good luck.
