Question about Brother MFC-7820N Laser Printer
I installed a new toner cartridge and it says" no cartridge" re-install. so I did. Does not see the new cartridge - I out the old one back in and it sees it just fine. It is the same brand cartridge - I even bought a different brand and that says the same thing. please if you have any suggestions I would appreciate it
Look at the left side of the cartridge next to the blue release button. There should be a white tab in an arc slot. If the white tab is anywhere but all the way to the right, it does not recognize the cartridge. Try truning the drum and pushing the white tab down to the right, it shoudl reset it and find the cartridge.
