my new phone keeps coming up with the message that the sim card is not in...."insert sim card, or to view a demo of this phone first, press Demo."
We have taken the sim card out and put back in a few times. The phone does work otherwise.

Hi i just bought the s500i but everytime i insert the sim it asks me to inser the correct sim. i dont know how to sort this out.

Hey i'm having the same problem with mine, u prob got it sorted by now but i found that it is because my sim card is so old, tested it with my friends brand new sim card and works fine,
did you solve the problem?
