Lost cause I dropped my MDA. Here is the situation. The screen comes up white, and will not display anything except for that white...

Need a new screen. A place in boson will fix it for 125. There number is 617.294.2590

It has lost display

Hi, display lost is classified in different areas:

When a phone has VIRUS in it, it might make the screen go white, through downloads from the internet or from another cell phone through data cable transfer or blue tooth.

Solution: Needs to be flashed.

Also when there is screen can make the screen go white. You will know if it is the screen when you switch on the cell phone and you can still operate the phone with out seeing anything.

Solution: you will need to replace the screen.

The screen won't light up and when the screen slided up the screen display becomes too bright (white) that nothing can be read off it

My MDA loses its settings frequently as well. Go to Start, Settings, System, Backlight, and see what it looks like. Maybe the settings have changed.

Screen is gone. Due to lack of resources its just easier to buy another phone.

it seems like the cable from the lcd to the phone mabye loose or you NEED A NEW LCD,,,

MDA phone screen is scrambled with Lines

Marc1234: sounds like the backlight is out......possibly a software malfunction.....try goign to to reinstall the software....if that doesnt work, contact htc or your service will need a replacement. if youre out of warrenty, it will be a lost cause....

Guest,: your USB port is broken, if you dont fix it yourself, you will need another phone.
