Re: can't save my psd file

Search and destroy / modify the file 'editing.xml' in your 'application data' directory.

it will be in your %temp%\..\..\Application Data\Adobe\Workflow
(if ur operating is win 2000 / xp)

have a nice day

Powerpoint 2007 cannot open .pps file created in Powerpoint 2003

I would prefer guide below or another methods are proposed from different sources over Internet, but in case the guide from MS Corporation can't handle the problem PPTX Open File Tool

  1. Open PowerPoint 2007.
  2. Click the Microsoft Office Button and click Open.
  3. In the File name: box, enter the text in bold to display a list of the automatically saved files (if any). You can also copy and paste this text into the File name: box.

    PowerPoint 2007: %temp%\ppt*.tmp
  4. Click the Open button.
  5. Click the name of the file that you want to recover, and then click Open.

Note : The automatically saved files may not be named in a descriptive way. Continue to open files until you find the one you are looking for.
  6. After you find the file, click Save. Then save the file to your My Documents or other location.

I ve downloaded one font type(PS) but i do not know how to install in to run a downloaded file

if it is an installer just run and install it . probably you will have to choose the director to install it ...
but if it sn't ..just copy it into the font folder inside the photoshop installation folder in program files or whatever you keep the director...if you got it installed in a folder already ..
if not ..the default location will be in the program files.. photoshop... fonts folder..

How to install downloaded file from internet to computer

1. You'll need an internet connection
2. make it sure that you are properly connected (look at START - CONNECTION - then the provider of your network
3. There are two most commonly use browser

either of the two will do.

4. On the search tab: ex Yahoo!Search

type in the files or whatever you are looking for

Try to see if this file is downloadble or not

If yes just click in download then save it to the folder that you want, but most commonly it is save on the folder

c: Local drive
- program files
- download or temp. download

then wait until it is full downloaded

IF NOT then this more easiest way

if you where able the file,
Go to EDIT tab, (you can find on the upper left corner)
Choose select all
choose copy

then minimze the window
open your microsoft word doc.
then choose new
then PASTE it by right clicking the mouse

then save

normally that the way it goes,

some files are being filed as ZIP files, so you'll be needing ZIP.RAR software.

just download it as zip.rar free download and install

once you downloaded the files that you want to download and see it on the folder where you save it, you'll notice that the icon is look like a files of book colored icon, all you have to do is choose this icon and right click the mouse and choose the Extract here.. then it will be automatically open

hope this will help
