Question about Audio Players & Recorders
My tiny voice operated recorder will not record. It was never used for years. I am not trying to use it, but it will not record. The tape spins, all the buttons operated, but I can not seem to get a successful recording.
Do you have any idea what might be wrong. I have tried using a microphone, changing tapes, playing an answering machine tape on it, using earphones, but get no sound. The tape does not advance in voice activation mode, which leads me to think recording is not taking place.
Since it was not used for too long the belt inside would have been wornout, so u need to replace the belt. And a basic service from a near by electronics repair shop will definitely solve ur problem.
