Frequently removing of battery in phone's active mode (switch on position) leads phone to be behave uncertain as it's files get corruption. The service people only reflashes it and it goes OK. You are advised not to snached it battery in on position next time and it will work ok for you long time. But if it behaves uncertain then you have to reflash it.
