GPU hardware not recognised

Hello the homepage is here:

Try to download a manual if you don`t have it.
If any drivers for the mainboard is missing install them.

Install the newest NVIDIA graphic driver from here:

This is the 64 bit version.

Check also if the graphic card is properly insertet
in the slot on the mainboard.
And the graphic card has to support PCI-E X16
This graphic card needs extenal power
from the power supply to work
the power supply has a wire with pci-e stamped in did you connect this ???.

Try to disable the onboard graphic in the device manager.

Good luck

Sometimes stuck my video player in dell laptop

It is possible nvidea has ram memory not functioning properly, or the laptop is busy with other programs causing a brief interruption while watching your video player. Check to make sure you have latest update on your video graphics card, and contact nvidea about your problem, may have a fix.

That must be hardware compatibility problem with windows 7. Are you sure that you are installing the drivers for your graphics card is windows 7's drivers? If not you need to check/search on the manufacturer's website to obtain the latest driver for the hardware. If you let me know the nvidea graphics hardware model name/version, it'd be very much easier for me to help you.

Good luck.

Thanks for using FixYa.

Playing Medieval 2 total war and game crashes

In my experience, game crashes usually occur due to graphic card drivers needing to be updated, they are either old or corrupt. Go to and download the latest drivers. Another thing to check is your device manager for any devices listed that are having trouble or not installed. I can help you more with this part if you tell me what operating system you are using.
