Is my Mobo compatible with this GFX card???

Hello here is your mainboards homepage:

Download the manual.

You will need adobe reader to read the content.

You might have to disable the onboard graphic in the bios when you install the graphic card.
Disable the driver for the onboard graphic or uninstall it before you install the new driver because the driver does not fit the new graphic card.
It will probably also help to upgrade the bios to the latest version
just make sure it`s the right mainboard.
Flashing the bios with the wrong one will destroy the mainboard !!!!!
If you are in doubt upgrading the bios let a expert do this for you.

You can download the latest driver here at nvidia:

Just remember to select the right graphic card and your windows system.

Good luck

Is it okay to have ati drivers and Nvidia at the same time?

You don't! If the graphics card is causing a shutdown it is either a conflict with the Operating system or a failed Graphics Card. Going by the spec of your motherboard and the connector on your graphics card you must have hammered the card in, it is the wrong type. Your mobo is an AGP mobo and your card is PCI-E. They won't fit.

Cannot install my geforce fx 5500 video card properly

Do not be alarmed, that message is just saying that the driver didn't get Microsoft signature but that driver will work nonetheless.

To be sure that you are using the correct driver, I recommend going to

and downloading the driver for your GFX from the manufacturer, NVIDIA.

That way you will be sure that the river s the correct one.

    Good luck,

    AGP Problem?

you might want to try uninstalling net.frameworks 2.0 (or new versions) restart, then uninstall your graphic drivers restart, then install your net.framework first then install your graphic drivers.
NOTE: make sure your net.framework is the most recent one i think its 3.0 (make sure its updated by internet explorer > tools > windows update) and make sure you have the latest drivers for your graphics card (which you do).
