Question about Intel Pentium III, 800MHz (229725001)
When i switch on my machine i get nothing on the moniter i have different make and models in my house and they all keep doing the same thing all the vga cards are in the right place and the jumpers on board and the leads also but i cannot figure this one out for some reason and the computers seem to be running fine its a bit of puzzler for me can u help
Do the systems beep when you try to turn them on?
Try turning on the system without a video card installed, it should give you a different set of beeps, if it does then you should be pretty certain the rest of the system is ok.
Put the video card back in and take out the RAM, you should get a different set of beeps.
Once you put the system back together you should at least get the POST screen on the monitor.
