Question about Neff B7740N0GB Microwave Oven
I have a neff Combi Microwave/Oven. B6774.0gb When I start either the Microwave or the Oven, there is a noise that sounds like a fan clattering. It is not the Fan at the back of the oven, as the noise occures even when this is not turning. Any solution, and can I fix it myself?
Yes you can fix it yourself it is a cooling fan in the top it is round metal fan quite small venting waste fumes from cavity when grilling etc need to remove top panel and 3 screws to remove it is a push in fit.

We had this problem - fixed today - its the chimney fan which extracts fumes and sends them to the cooling fan. Its an easy fix when you see the engineer replace the fan. Neff were excellent my warranty ran out 6 weeks ago and they replaced the part for free and all I paid was a call out charge. The rattling was caused by the blades coming loose from the fan
