Are you using flux core or solid wire. They use different rollers so the flux wire doesn't crush and clog up the sleeve.

First stretch the gun lead straight ,unlock feed rollers try gently to real the wire spool backwards,if it wont move then cut the wire back towards the spool so you can take the gun off the unit lay it staight out use pliers and try hard to pull wire out.if that dont work you will have to replace liner.

Can I use 0.030 Flux Core Wire in my Lincoln Electric SP170-T?

Use the .030 flux core wire with the amperage settings for .023 solid. If you cannot find .023 settings then just set low power first and play with it to see what works.

Our Lincoln Pro Mig 175 won't feed the wire. The trigger clicks and the motor works but will not feed the wire. There's a burnt resister or capacitor on the pc board and the only numbers that we...

Hi:
If your wire feed motor turns, then your problem is one of the two:
The gun's liner is kinked and no longer is allowing the wire to pass freely, or Your outlet wire guide/drive rolls are all worn out.
Easy fix will be to star with changing the liner and new contact tip. But if all that is working is your fan motor, then check your gun's trigger, if gun's trigger is OK, then change the pc board. Good luck!

216 mig no feed no fire maybe selonoid problem please help seloniod does not click

It could be just the simple problem of the trigger not working. Disconnect the trigger wires from the machine at the plug at the front of the machine. See if you can manually trigger the machine by placing a piece of bent over mig wire onto the contacts. If the machine does trigger from this then your fault is in the torch somewhere. It could be the trigger (which commonly does fault from a dusty environment) which is easily replaced by going into any welding store with the torch model number (magnum 250L), or it could possibly be that a trigger wire has broken from the torch being damaged

Miller 175 trigger will not feed wire very

First thing make sure the lead cable is as straight as possible. and make sure the wire has a unobstructed path. then you should check the trigger input/output switch and see if the switch is getting power to it continuously. I hope this help please rate this thank you
