If you have your manual you can see how to connect these on pg. 1-22. No manual..
Starting from the right edge of the board moving to your left. Notice there is two rows of pins one above the other. All your case connectors will be connected left to right & not up to down. The first two (BOTTOM ROW) pins are for the reset switch. The connector will have two wires one will be colored white or black. These colored wires are ground & will be the sane for all your connectors. All grounds will face towards the right for both rows of motherboard pins. After plugging in the reset connector SKIP one pin as you move to your left along the bottom row. Plug in your IDE LED connector a two wire connector. Moving to the top row across from the ide led, plug in the Power Led. It is a two wire connector. Some case connectors for the power led come in a three pin connector. If yours is like that than you will need to remove the + wire from the connector & slide it over one slot so it is next to the ground & plug it onto the board.
The last two pins is for the Power button. All Asus boards are marked & colored. You need a stronge flash light to see the markings on the board. Good luck!

I assume you mean the HDD,reset,on switch etc where they plug onto the mobo.

Most mobos are labelled on the board but you will need good eyesight to read. They are labelled HDD, RESET, SPEAKER etc.

If not simply look up mobo manual from vendors site. You will need the DELL serial / part number from the old unit though.

No display on my asus P4GE-MX mother board

Is there any beep from the motherboard? First thing that you need to check is the RAM. unplug the power cord and remove the RAM. Now, plug in the power cord and try switching the Comp and see if there is a any sound from Mobo. It should idealy warn you that there is no RAM with continous BEEP. If that happens, the Mobo is fine.... Grab a new RAM and try it out. The system should boot now. (If there was "No RAM warning beeps" when you switched on the system without RAM). There are many issues that may put down the Mobo but in most cases its the RAM that stops functioning... Try this and see if it helps. Please post your result here so that we can see if you need further assistance.

Motherboard P4GE-MX, it broke cause there was thunder hit

This can be a number of things.. The first thing I would do is check all the cables and try a different outlet.. If that doesn't work, you probably need to buy a replacement power supply (can be returned if it doesnt work). If that doesn't work, the mobo is fried.
