If it uses the standard style thermocouple, measure how long of the lead you need ( They come in 32", 36", 42" and 60"). They can be purchased at usually any local hardware store, Lowes, Home Depot, Ace Hardware, etc.
There is an O ring seal at the trigger. You can take your old one to a larger hardware store and match it up. I do this at Ace hardwares, as they have bins of different sizes, and getting a replacement is easy. You might also try Lowe's, Home Depot, or similar.
This is a hard to find part, unless you contact FF directly. However here's a quick and easy way to find replacement o-rings for anything: Take the o-ring to a hardware store such as Ace, Home Depot, or Lowes. In the plumbing section they have bins of o-rings of all sizes. Buy the o-ring that matches your old one.
ACE hardware, Tractor Supply, H Depot or Lowez should have what you need. Bring the old one with you. You may have to purchase one a bit longer, just keep the extra coiled up out of the way.
you can by a thermocoupler at most home depot or lowes hardware store in the water heater department... they are universal and should work for the unit .....just make sure the connection is the same size..... good luck to you ...
Thermocouples can be purchased at most hardware stores, home depot, etc. The only difference for a thermocouple is the length. There are heavy duty types and regular. I would suggest using a heavy duty thermocouple. Also, it is recommened that thermocouples be changed every 2-3 years to prevent unnecessary failures, which usually occur when you need the unit the most.
I have found that Home Depot and Lowe's (the bigger hardware stores) do not carry something like this. I alway got to my Local ACE Hardware where they have a whole isle with nothing but screws, nuts, bolts and fasteners. I always find what I am looking for there. So if you have a little hardware store in your area then I suggest trying them. It is alittle more expensive than the bigger guys but always worth it cause you can buy one, Two or 100.
It is the thermocoupler. This is exactly what mine did. You can pick a new thermocoupler up at any home supply store like Lowe's, Home Depot, and even Ace Hardware carries them. Make sure you check the old one as they come in a few different lengths. 36 inch length is about normal. It'll take you about 30 mins to replace. If you do not know what the thermocoupler looks like it is the small copper tube that runs from your box to right beside the pilot light in the heater. Make sure you save the clips as alot of the new ones do not have them included in the package. Hope this helps.
