Question about Epson Stylus RX425 Multifunction All-In-One InkJet Printer
When I photocopy my printer sometimes prints the whole page and more often than not prints half or three quarters of the page (width wise) why is this happening and how can I fix it - expert advice gratefully received!
If you are 101% sure that you have the paper size set correctly on the panel and that you have the orientation and zoom set as they should be then the answer is... you can't fix it.
If the machine is set correctly but fails to print the whole page then the main board in the machine is faulty and the only fix is either a new board or a new printer.
If your machine is in warranty then get Epson to replace it for you. If the warranty is out, then it probably is not economical to repair the machine, but you could get a quote from a local dealer just to check.
Sorry if it's bad news for you.
