I dropped my phone a couple times by accident and it was fine. But now the inside screen doesnt work. The keyboard still works. Just the screen is all black. Is there a way to manualy fix it without sending it in?
No the same thing happend to mine and I had to trade in! Sorry!! Maybe if you have the right tools you can take it apart and try cleaning it with a lint free cloth but I'm gonna be safe and say it's a goner!!

There is a cable inside the unit that has come loose, it could be very hard to get to. You will need to take the phone apart and that means having special tools.
well wen you dropped it did the ink move luiek the colours where were wrong for example the white was pink etc.. if this has happened ,and it is common in touch screen phones, the phone is no longer good you can still keep it if you want but the problems will get worse n worse until its just gone
Well, its possible that you just need to turn the phone off, and turn it back on. Or maybe when you dropped it, something inside the screen itself broke. The only way to be sure is to take it in and have them look at it. Good luck.
Technology typically goes through drop tests before going to market and are rebust enough to handle regular ware and tare.
Chances are it is shot. If the product is still under warrantee see if the store or manufacturer will honor the warrantee.
If you are on a longterm contract you may be able to convince the Telephone Service Provider to give you a replacement FREE. Usually means locking in for another period of time and may not have the same features.
walk outside with your phone in hand. with one hand, hold the phone firmly. with the other, grab a baseball bat. step out into your yard, or maybe the yard of a neighbor you don't like. throw the phone straight up in the air, then grab the bat handle firmly. swing away at that bad boy. fetch the phone and repeat the process if you are not fully satisfied with how your phone functions after one whack. hope this helps
Seriously, bang the phone sideways on a desk, it works! Do it on each side 2 or 3 times, then back again. Don't slam it down, but bang it a couple times I'm not kidding at all
