Razr v3 locked up

razr v3 is locked both passwords were set my my damn children and now i cant access anything on my phone

Umm... You have to either to a master reset in the settings. Otherwise try taking out the battery for a while. That or you will have to take it to a mobile center where they can unlock everything for you. Try the support line I remember something like this happened to me with another phone and they helped me.
