Question about Bernina Bernette 75
Hey I have a bernette 134D overlocker and the threads keep breaking. Have tried putting new thread even have had it in the shop and it seems to work for a few rows then it starts snapping again. Any ideas on what might be causing it. Have a top needle and bottom that keep breaking. Any ideas would be great thanks

It could be that there is a loose piece of thread, or some fluff which is obstructing the tension gauge. Try blowing around the theading area (or even run the hoover pipe near it to see if you can **** it out). I cleared mine by folding a piece of non fluffy material and rubbing gently between the tension dial and machine.

In the US, a sewing machine repair service can do the work - a Bernina tech would be better.
Service starts at about $100 plus any parts that have to be replaced.
If you go to the Bernina website, there should be a dealer locator option.
