I got this motorola KRZR K1 from AT&T about 4 months back. it has
this weird problem, like every 1 month or so it suddenly becomes
unresponsive, and if some1 calls me my phone doesnt ring, and if i try
calling some1 the call doesnt go through. i can access the Menu items
but if i try to start my camera , i get the message: "Busy, Try Again
Later". then if i power off and on the phone everything becomes normal.
I have never opened the phone or even never taken out the battery after
it was installed at the store. I did the master reset also (as per
motorola tech support), but after that it again happened today. could anyone plis let me know where is the prob and whats the remedy?

Re: moto krzr k1 problem
Hello, it seems your firmware has become corrupt. Its a simple remedy, your phone needs to be flashed by your local service center or provider. They can even do a back up for you, just remind them. And in most cases they will do it on the spot while you wait. If its not under warranty or there is no service center near by, just check my profile and im sure we can help you.

** Extend the life of your phone - Motorola 5.8Ghz - MD700 series ** PROBLEM: We got tired of buying so many of the replacement/rechargable batteries for our Motorola 5.8Ghz phone. So I started labeling the replacement batteries by taking a permanent ink pen (aka. 'sharpie pen') and writing the date of install directly onto the battery. I noticed that I was buying replacement batteries after just a few months.
SOLUTION & EXPECTED OUTCOME: After some searching online, I discovered that you can purchase stronger batteries. We did this and have extended the from months to years. Currently we're still running on batteries that were installed in January, 2008. That's almost two years on the same battery.
We purchased our replacement 3.6V2000mAh batteries from "SmartBatts" - if you need more info, or encounter any difficulty locating the replacement batteries, then reply back to this post and I'll help!
This is not a problem with the battery but rather the phone has lost sync. You can get it back by going to the menu screen then going to register. The phone will walk you through from there. Mine lose sync from time to time and I get the same error. I have these phones both in my shop and home.
Hope this helped you out...
