If you can see inside your tv..check the fuse. If the fuse is good, you have bad grounds on the solders and certainly som bad capacitors..I always look for caps that have 160volt to 250volts with less than 10Mfs. These almost always are the culprit. And Maybe check the main filtercap..About 200volts and 470Mf. They sometimes go weak. [Just sometimes] If the fuse is bad you have a bigger problem...This will include a bad H.O.T. and maybe a resistor or diode as well! Also a replace the horizontal driver transistor! Oh yes even the contoller Ic could go down....I would guess the first part of this solution is the answer and you have a good fuse!
