Question about Kenmore 24 in. 16032 Built-in Dishwasher
I have the above model dishwasher, it goes thru the complete cycle but it does not dry the dishes, it does not heat-up.
I have a Kenmore 665 about 3 years old
Over the last couple months the touch pads have stopped working and I am now down to one control the water miser!

It appears your dispenser wax switch has failed in this instance.
For replacement parts - head on over to PartSelect.com or RepairClinic.com and enter in your full model number for a full parts listing.
I recommend both sites because ...
FixYa has no affiliation with either site - I have been using and recommending them for years - trouble free.
PartSelect has a great schematic database for locating the part on your unit and great "testimonials" for each part that often times includes HOW-TO information.
RepairClinic has pictures of each part they sell and also a great how-to and troubleshooting for basic repairs.
If your unit has never been serviced - there should still be an original service manual enclosed in plastic taped to the inside of the shell.
In the service manual are Error codes, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting steps you can follow.
Anything too complicated or beyond your scope should be handled by a professional.
If you think you want to tackle the repair - and have gotten stuck on a step - reply to your question and I will be glad to help you out.

Welcome to FixYa.
The issue with your dishwasher is more than likely the "thermal fuse" inside the control panel...it is all too common with those machines unfortunately.
I've attached a link at the bottom which will show step by step how to repair your machine.
You will first need to retrieve a new fuse, part number 8193762. **IT IS A REVISED FUSE KIT TO THE ORIGINAL (designed to prevent this from happening in the future), BUT COMES WITH THE PARTS AND INSTRUCTIONS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE REPAIR/UPDATE. AS SHOWN BELOW.**
these are available at most local brick & mortar parts vendors or on-line at depots such as "repairclinic.com" or "searspartsdirect.com" to name a couple.
In the video just follow the instruction as per removing the panel and turn the power off of course and you'll be fine.
Hope this helps move you forward. Let me know if I can assist you further and I will try and help in any manner I can. Good luck.
