You have a software problem like some kinda bluetooth virus or a bluetooth 2.0 connecting to a 1.0 go to your provider and get them to redo your software

How do i recieve songs through bluetooth from another phone?

Instructions
    • 1

Verify that Bluetooth is turned on or enabled in both your devices. Most cell phones will have a Bluetooth menu in their Settings or Tools. For computers, you may see a Bluetooth icon in your system tray. If unsure, check your product manual for specific instructions.

    • 2

Follow the instructions to pair (connect) your two devices. If you are asked for a passkey, try entering 0000 which is usually the default for any device.

    • 3

When prompted on the other device, give permission for the original device to access it.

If transferring from phone to phone
    • 4

Navigate to the song you want to send and hit the button that takes you to the options menu. Choose the option to send your song; depending on the brand of phone it may say "Send" or "Move."

    • 5

The next menu should ask if you want to use a text message or Bluetooth to move or send the file. Choose Bluetooth.

    • 6

When prompted on the phone receiving the file, accept it.

If transferring from computer to phone
    • 7

Look for an option to browse the contents of the phone. Navigate to the Music or Multimedia folder on your phone.

    • 8

Navigate to the place on your computer where your music file is kept in a separate window.

    • 9

Drag the file from its original location to the correct folder on your phone.

    • 10

Accept the file when prompted by your phone.

Tips & Warnings
  • Pairing is usually the most difficult part of the process. Make sure you read your manual on both devices if it isn't working for you. If you don't see the menu to move or send your music, your phone manufacturer may not allow it. Check your manual or with your carrier's tech support website. This process usually applies to MP3s and not ringtones.

My music files not found

This is usually due to a corrupt/missing database file. Follow these steps and this will fix your problems regarding your musics files not being found.

1) Connect your phone to pc using Oxycube (cable or bluetooth).
(If you do not have Oxycube, you can download it, if you have difficulty finding it, let me know)

2) Now in Oxycube, browse the path, (phone memory) c:/hiddenfolder/ you will find a file by name music.db or mmc.db (mmc here does not refer to memory card) and DELETE that file.
3) Now remove your phone from pc and restart your phone.

Once your restart your phone, your music player will be ready to use. The file you deleted will be recreated again, and should function normally

[NOTE: If you are unsure or you are a beginner, before deleting that file, make a backup copy, and then proceed] and don't forget to Rate Me and let me know how things went.

look 800mb free space is on the memory card ok

so if you have any files saved in phone memory transfer it to memory card

if you recieve any song from bluetooth the phone memory should be double than the file you are recieving so try the other solution.
