Hello, my Sony handycam model no is DCR-SR200 HDD. I can record, replay in handycam. but unable to download/copy the files into my PC. unable to read the memory in the CAM hard disc. please help me. how can I copy the recorded files from my Camara Hard disc

DCR-SR200 is complicated camera and pls contact nearest Sony service shop for proper repair.

Please when u record some thing record in one file and try to copy in your hard disc.It will be ok.

When i connected DCR-HC40 to my Laptop to download the pictures from Handycam,i cannot download the pictures.IN my laptop i have a Vista Software but it is not supporting picture package 1.0 version,can u give me solution for this how to download the software for Vista
