I need to know how to get my audio back on the computer i disabled the sound and now its saying there is no audio drivers installed. what do i do?

I ever face same problem once.
If you have motherboard CD driver, you can re-install the sound driver from the CD.
If you don't have it, you can download and install the driver. Each motherboard series have certain sound driver, so you must download sound driver compatible with your PC. You can see the name of your sound device from Device Manager or you can search from Google.
Hope this help.

How to have a computer sounds

Find the proper Audio Driver for your PC on Internet..
Use PC Wizard software that will help you to know what is the Sound Card in your PC Motherboard.
Mostly the Name of Mother Board is Sufficient to find the Audio driver from Internet
Example : If *********** Board is 945G, search on internet {{{audio driver for 945G }}
If you have the mother board driver cd, then you need not to search. Just Install the cd and it will recover the sound.

I am not able to see sound drivers. How erver I installed them

The sound drivers come with the motherboard CD.If u have formatted your pc with XP pro then make sure you also install the sound driver using the motherboard CD provided to you.Once you install them, sound drivers would be activated and an icon is seen at the right bottom of the taskbar.Hope this solved your problem. Please do rate if the problem is solved.

No sound device

? mark means no sound driver install or errors in Device Manager. u can check ur mother board cd room or can search ur audio driver in web or below may be ur answer

Question: Where do I locate motherboard sound drivers?
Answer: Users who have motherboards with on-board audio (often with VIA, Realtek, or C-Media chipsets) may have issues with their audio or AC'97 errors in Device Manager. Often this is caused because the operating system has been reinstalled and the motherboard chipset drivers are not installed. To resolve this issue try following the below steps.
Let Windows redetect drivers
If you have not recently reinstalled Microsoft Windows it's possible that your audio drivers are simply corrupt. Open Device Manager and remove all devices under "Sound, video and game controllers" and any "Other devices". Once removed reboot the computer and let Microsoft Windows re-detect the audio drivers.
Motherboard chipset drivers
Reinstalling the motherboard chipset drivers will usually resolve this issue. If your computer came with a Motherboard CD, install the chipset drivers from the CD and the sound drivers if also available on the CD.
If you do not have a motherboard CD, obtain the motherboard chipset drivers from the motherboard manufacturer.
Sound card drivers
If after installing the motherboard chipset drivers you continue to have issues install the sound drivers. We suggest you download the sound drivers from the computer manufacturer or motherboard manufacturer.
A listing of motherboard manufacturers and their drivers can be found on our motherboard chipset drivers page.

Sound driver problem

Just un-install and reinstall your sound driver. Use your support CD accompanying your system. If you got an assembled PC install the motherboard CD. And if you are using a seperate sound card do install the sound card driver CD. You can also try downloading the latest driver from the internet.
