Replacing the protective panel

I broke the protective panel plaing my kids' Wii. Pioneer website doesn't seem to offer this part. Any suggestion for removing this part if I do find it?

I have a scratch on my panel and need to remove it. Can you use the tv without the protective panel or does anyone know where I can get a replacement screen? Pioneer wants $350 plus $150 shipping and I need to find it cheaper. Thanks.

Unscrew the screws at the bottom front of the unit below the speaker. Pull the bottom out about 1-2 inches and pull the cover down about one inch, then slide to the left one inch which should free the unit: be careful as wires are attached. Unclip connections. Then unscrew the left and right trim: slide them down or risk pulling them out and slising the off to the side. Unscrew the top mount screws as you did the lateral trim. Here's the tough part. Slide the top trim a couple inches to the right and it'll free. Good luck!

Im going to be replacing mine. There was a blog someplace on how to replace it, but I cant find it now. Be sure to only remove the front panel (speaker cover) and not the back because the mirrors will break.

Pioneer sx-850 goes into protection after several minutes of use. It seems to be after warm up or when room temperature is too high. Summer temps.

Did you check whether the protection assy is working properly? The protection circuit is checking the current of the power transistors as far as I remeber. So there are several possibilities for that fault.
You should grab the service manual or at least schematic (http://elektrotanya.com/pioneer_sx-850_sch.pdf/download.html) and then go step-by-step. I recommend to start up with the protection assy itself. If this works properly go for the power amp. It is also not unlikely that the power supply is the cause of the problem.
Good luck.

Nintendo's website suggests you move any other electronics away from the Wii that could cause wireless interference. If that doesn't work, it suggests changing the channel in which your wireless network operates.

I have a 42" plasma tv -pioneer. Lately Fungus seems to be growing just inside the surface. Any suggestion on how I could get rid of it. If not can the company technician do it? Any price estimate?

If there is a protective glass between you and the actuall plasma panel then they could possibly take the plasma panel out and clean the glass. If there is no protective glass then you are just looking at the plasma panel itself and there would be no fix except replacing the panel. At that point it would cost too much to repair..

Broken upper guide needs replacement

I had the same crib as #2 and the same problem.  It was from Pottery Barn Kids as well.  The web customer support was no help, but I called a store near me and they were able to order the whole part set again. It cost less than 10 dollars.
I hope that helps.
