I have a sharp aquos lc-37d44u and I have the blinking green power light problem I replaced the backlight inverter board still nothing and the only thing i.think it could be is the lamps but Don't no

Check and replace damaged component/s at its back-light inverter board, or replace this board as card basis. Check all the CCFL lamps for darkened ends. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts. It will be best to replace the inverter board as card basis. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ To some model sets; especially LED back-lighted types; the back-light inverter circuit will be part of the main power supply board [SMPS]. In such cases, the power supply board might need replacement. To some models sets, the back-light inverter and SMPS section circuit will be integrated at its main board itself. If so; the main board should be replaced. To some models of sets, all these section circuit will be integrated at its main board. If this is the case, you have to replace the main board.

If my Sharp Aquos 37in LC-40C37U tv needs to be reset how would I do that? Not getting any power, only a green blinking light. The power supply board checked out ok.

Blinking light is an error code. Count the blinks before they repeat. Check your manual in the troubleshooting section. If you can't find it, contact a Sharp service center or try and get a service manual. Reset info is also in the user manual but you can't do it if your set doesn't power up. Are you sure about the power board?

Sharp lc-37sb24u. Flashing Green Light

Backlight invertor is most likely cause of the problem, in rare occasions defective CCFL lamps could cause similar symptoms. Replace defective parts, reset lamp error counter and you good to go.

I have sharp 37 inch LC-37D44U MY PS3 is not working with it it green lights keep blinking power light and OPC. BUT THE HDMi ports work beacause i checked it with other devices. so i dont know why its not...

Does this happen when you input certain signals to the HDMI2_bing.gif ports? Or all signals (e.g. 1080i, 720p, 1080p, etc.)? And which ports are affected - side HDMI, rear component, etc.?

I had this issue and Sharp sent out a local repair tech to install a new main circuit board, then two weeks later, a new side board (where the side inputs connect into the system)... their first visit allowed my TV to accept signals in the rear HDMI ports (all signals worked well), but then I couldn't get a signal processed via the side HDMI port. At first, just 1080p would not display (caused the OPC/power green light blinking), and after a few days, any signal hitting that port would cause the error lights to come on. But as I said, eventually, a new side board resolved that issue.
