Reinstall drivers and software that came with you keyboard, if you do not have them go to manufacturers website to download them again.

Keyboards are cheap. If you need to use this one then you will need to carefully pop the spacebar key out, turn the keyboard upside down and give it a good shake. You will see a ton of junk fall out ;)

You can either use a keyboard or onscreen keyboard by holding Ctrl, Alt and the cursor keys to rotate the screen back the right way or go to the control panel, click on display and select landscape as the default display settings.

Wireless Keyboard stopped working

Try unplugging the receiver unti for 5 seconds, then replug it in. If this does not work you should try reinstalling the wireless system drivers. Hope this helps.

The letters on my keypad some will only type numbers serial #N326171062571 model MX7625 if i hold down the bottom left key of the pad that displays Fn in blue letters then the letters work instead of...

1. Open the on screen keyboard by going to "control panel" then "Ease of Access Center" then click on "onscreen keyboard".

2. click and hold down the "Fn" key on the physical keyboard and then hit F11 on the onscreen Keyboard.

3. All Fixed. Spread the word.

Volume from my screen is almost non existent. I have the volume on my keyboard all the way up and I have gone to windows and cranked up wave etc, however, all to no avail.

First make sure you have them plugged in the right hole (normaly green), Try reinstalling the sound drivers. If not try a different set off speakers, Also check the moniters volume control.

Sound not working

can you see the volume in task bar in the right hand corner of the desktop near the time, if no then reinstall the sound drivers otherwise download the latest drivers from the manufacture website
