Re: Mitsubishi Model No VS-5069

You will need to contact a glass place to cut a new mirror that has the reflection paint on the outside of the glass instead of what most mirrors have them painted on the opposite side . Good luck

I have a Mitsubishi Model WD-6035 rear projection tv. I broke the "mirror" inside trying to get out 2 stink bugs. Where can I get a replacement?

Hello, I'm sorry but the original mirror is no longer available from Mitsubishi. you may make a cardboard template, and it will have to be exact, and take it to a glass shop and have a mirror cut, it won't be as thin or optical grade, but it will work but the may be some slight distortions in some areas.....tks

Mitsubishi VS-50603 50 in. Rear Projection can i replace the mirror myself

First of all you need to check with the nearest service dealership for the availability of the mirror and the cost of the unit. Normally the cost from such dealerships will include to an extend the replacement cost and so it will be wise to have it done in the first case than to set it up and watch a distorted image if the aligment is not proper as the fall could also have shifted the alignment.

Mitsubishi Tv model VS-6021CA

Sonds like the Crts need the coolant changed. I would also recomend polishing the mirror and crt lenses dont use windex just a damp soft cloth for the mirror and lenses then dry. If that doesnt help you may need replacement crts thats expensive new. But if you need them I have a line on lots of mitsubishi projection CRTs as well as other brands.

You would have to completely take the Mirror out or Mylar backing and being careful not to damage anything, trying to move and reassemble when you get at the new location.

I need to replace the mirror, it broke during transport

Take the back bezel off. It should have many screws around it. then once open you should see the back of the mirror. Carefully take the screws out of the mirror, you may have to do some modifing with the new mirror if it does not come prefabed.
